This is an issue that has been a moving target for state leaders and health care providers for months now. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. clawed back $500 million in funding for mRNA vaccines recently. The FDA revoked emergency use authorization in August. So, despite the costs being covered, as you just heard, will there be enough supply of these vaccines for those who want them and how are doctors trying to navigate the uncertainty of the changing federal guidelines?
