New Haven exploring concept of behavioral health court

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A new court could be coming to New Haven, specifically designed for those in need of additional behavioral health resources.

The idea came to Connecticut Chief Justice Raheem Mullins after he worked in all three levels of court, where he noticed the number of people dealing with mental health issues.
