New Haven hospital among 13 nationally honored for vascular care

Yale New Haven Health announced that its Heart and Vascular Center received the recognition from the Society for Vascular Surgery Patient Safety Organization.

The award honors hospitals and vascular programs that demonstrate a commitment to improving patient outcomes through collaboration, research, and quality improvement. Winners are selected based on sustained quality improvement work, including receiving the 3-star Commitment of Vascular Quality Improvement award for eight consecutive years.
