Maintaining Focus and Managing Interruptions Throughout the Day – 10/28/2025

This interactive, virtual workshop is ideal for healthcare staff, as well as past attendees of the Essential Skills Every Leader Needs series, looking for strategies to minimize time leaks and increase productivity. The workshop will include strategies and tools for maintaining focus throughout the day, ways to negotiate time with others, and methods for protecting one’s schedule and time. Participants will examine how they operate throughout the day, and explore effective ways of communicating with their healthcare colleagues and teams.
Helene Segura returns at member request to present this highly interactive program on time management. At the conclusion of this virtual program, participants will be able to:
• Identify the most common self-interruptions that cause time loss
• Explore tools for improving focus and efficiency
• Discuss ways to establish and communicate realistic boundaries to prevent and contain interruptions
